When a major incident occurs it’s crucial that you know who is doing what and when. Major incidents often invoice a large number of people both from within the business and from outside. Insurers, loss adjusters, lawyers and emergency services may have an involvement, sometimes on site. At times such as this, clients need to be focused on doing what they do best – running their business and looking after their customers.

The bespoke protocols are built in conjunction with the client’s business and regulatory requirements and all the appropriate external stakeholders. They and are designed to support and complement the client’s own internal processes. Critically, the Major Incident Plan is there to take away the burden and uncertainty of the claims process at a time when clients need to be focussed on recovering their business.
