COVID-19 update

Given the current uncertainty, we want to reassure all our clients that for us it will be ‘business as usual’ and we will endeavour to maximise the benefits of technology and agile working to deliver our service.

However we do recognise that for many of you, this will not be the case. There will be increasing pressures on colleagues and customers as the situation develops.

From a business perspective there will be pressure on cash flow and contract fulfilment which will result in a change to business models and a protection of income.

We will do everything we can to help you mitigate the risk that COVID-19 poses for you and to help you reduce your claims costs, in order to protect your bottom line so that when we all ‘come out the other side’ your business is able to recover as quickly as possible.
